Refund & Return Policy
7-Day Returns
You may return most unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with packaging intact.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and sanctity reasons, certain items cannot be returned: ganga jal, ghee, oils, consumables (agarbatti, dhoop, samagri) once opened, and personalised or engraved products.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. For online payments the amount is credited back to your original UPI / card / net banking account; if that is not possible, we will arrange a bank transfer (please provide account details).
