How much times does it take to deliver my order?
Once you have placed your order it takes 1-7 working days to deliver your order. The time is based on the location your order needs to be delivered. We choose the best shipping company to deliver your order safely.
Is my order replaceable if I do not like anything.
Yes you can replace an item which are replaceable. We have mentioned if a product is replaceable or not for every product your order. The To-and-fro shipping charges for replacement to born by the buyer.

Presently we do not offer COD option but soon we will add the option.
How do I claim for damaged product received.
We accept all the Debit Card, Credit Card, Net banking and UPI Payments. Our Payment gateways is Provided by ICICI bank and is completely secured to pay online.
What Payment Methods do Ram Shyam Store Accept?
Opening Video of the shipment is Mandatory for any claims to be made for the damaged product received. We need to share the same video with the shipment company to make a claim from them.
Is there any Shipping Charges.?
Yes Shipping charges will be applicable for all Orders.
- For Order Value upto Rs.1000 and upto 1KG Shipment Weight Rs.100 .
- Order Value upto Rs.2000 and Shipment Weight upto 1KG Rs.200.
- Order Value above Rs.2000 and Shipment Weight upto 1KG Rs.250.
- Free shipping will be provided for Order Value above Rs.2000 and the Shipment Weight not more than 1KG.
- For Shipment above 1KG per KG Rs.100 to be paid before the order is shipped.
- If the buyer refuses to accept the shipment or do not respond to courier company for delivery then the costs for both delivery and return shipping must be covered by the buyer.
What Happens after I place an order?
After you have placed the order, we will check the stock and confirm the order and start processing the same. We do not have stock management so once the order is confirmed then only the order will be dispatched. If we do not have the stock then we will refund the complete payment.
Are my Order Returnable?
We have products which are returnable and can be returned by paying To-and-fro shipping and packaging charges for the product. We will deduct the same from the order and refund the complete amount.
